Steps we are taking for your safety
A safe and healthy return to church for you and your family is our top priority, so we will continue to adhere to all CDC guidelines. The CDC recommends that you wear a face covering, so should you choose to do so, please bring one with you. If you need a mask, we will provide one for you. Our facility will undergo hospital-grade sterilization before and after each service using. We will provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility, and ensure that all individuals maintain social distancing. Our team will be wearing face coverings and will be prescreened to ensure they are symptom free.
1. We are taking every step of precaution as prescribed by the CDC to ensure the environment is disinfected, safe and secure for your family. Every chair will be disinfected before and after every worship experience. Parties will sit three seats apart from other parties during the worship experience.
2. We encourage all attendees over the age of 65 or those who have a compromised immune system to worship online with us live online.
3. If you have had any of the following symptoms this week, please worship with us live online:
Fever Over 100
Cough or Sore Throat
Shortness of Breath
Contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days)
How To Be Brave
Life is full of uncertainty. Daily situations beyond our control put us at risk for disappointment, failure, and regret. For most of us, bravery is not about staring death in the eye, but finding courage to face the everyday pressure and anxieties life throws our way. Join us for this new series as Pastor Lonnie shows us how to be brave and what it means to fully rely on God’s peace and promises in every situation!
At NLC we believe that community is our design and that the life Christ intended for us is best lived out in the context of community. That’s why we are so excited about our community groups, launching this fall! These groups will be located outside, in various neighborhoods surrounding NLC and will be made up of people just like you, looking to do life and walk out their faith with others. This is a great opportunity for you, your family and friends to grow in your relationships with Christ and some of the other amazing people who make NLC so great. high school connect
Uprising High School Connect has one purpose: to bring students together. We believe God created us to live in relationship with others and only then can we live the full life he intends for us. Life is BETTER TOGETHER!
High school connect is business as usual, unfortunately we are no longer able to meet in person at the Boys and Girls Club but Josh and Lisa and our leaders are encouraging students to see our YouTube channel every Monday night where a new sermon will be posted. Students are also encouraged to meet with their leaders via FaceTime or zoom calls during the week.
